Does your organizational structure allow for deeper customer engagement, cutting across traditional silos. Our businesses need to create a value exchange opportunity for different audiences at divergent stages of a life. A generation ago, we could compete on price because we held the information. Today we can still compete on our intellectual processes/experience/know how. However, the future will be for those who help the customers and employees get what they want in life by collaborating with them, truly becoming their advisors and partners in their lives and in their business.
If you provide the resources to enable your clients and employees to have meaningful lives, your business will thrive, it’s been proven time and time again. In the near future, providing “Relational Value” will become mandatory, especially if you want to attract the best clients and/or employees.
Exceptional people and companies are “people centric” and/or “client centric”, they put the needs of others, their employees and their customers at the core of what they do.
